Alice 2.0.7 for Mac (bin)
PowerPC "G4"
Mac OS 10.5 "Leopard"

When I try to create a list of objects, I can highlight the objects but not select any object that has been added after the environment was created. Selectable object include the camera, light source, and ground.
This is stymying the progress of an undergraduate class.

Please assist me in solving this problem.

Confirmed bug under same conditions, except with G5 instead of G4 processor.

A workaround is to create an empty list, and then have the first thing in world.my first method be a series of commands like:

insert x at the beginning of world.list

Thanks for the advice, but this doesn't help the novices taken the class. Alice is being used in interdisciplinary English/CompSci class, and is the GUI is used exclusively.
If you know of a fix that work across the board pleas let me know, at this point it may prevent a significant portion of the class from completing the final project that requires use of a list of objects.

THX again

"After he selects the object to be added to the list, he has to press the enter key... Double-clicking on it does not register..."
