I honestly don't know how I fell so far behind with Assignments 4, 5 and Lab 2. Building on what I said in my previous post, the creation of methods does greatly help with the organization of a program. However, as I discovered in Assignment 4, you also have to remember where various structures and calls exists. This also emphasizes the importance of the fact that naming methods is essential for success. I, however, did not learn this until I was half way through the assignment and then discovered that I needed to figure out how to make a fish jump. The boom boom call did make the song part of the program much easier to handle. It also greatly helped with the 1.5 seconds for each line (although I forgot and still had to go back and correct my error....again).

All in all I have to agree that methods are very helpful. I just believe that I need much more practice before I can honestly say that I understand how to efficiently use the available structures in Alice.
