Hi,
Where can I get sound files (.wav) for the Zeus problem and Airplane problems in Programming with Alice? I need thunder and airplane sounds of course!

I believe (although I don't have one with me to check) that they're on the CD that accompanies the book.

Hi Marriot,
I have looked on the CD. There are 10 or so sound files but not the airplane or thunder ones.

I suggest you search the web for the needed sounds - it will make your version of the program a bit different.
One source for sounds I like is http://www.a1freesoundeffects.com/ .
Please note that you need to do any sound editing with a stand alone editor and also match the format of the sounds included with Alice. Usually this isn't a problem, but sometimes it is. If you have a Windows machine, Sound Recorder is fine for both format conversion and minimal editing.
