I try to use different sound in my project. But I found when I import a sound, I can't remove it，I can only rename it. Who can tell me how to remove a sound? Thanks!

Did you try to drag the sound tile into the TrashCan. I found that removes it from the Sound menu item. However I am not sure if it actually removes it from the a2w file.
You can always use WinZip to look at the contents of the .a2w file to see if it physically removed it.
Edit: Or simply look at the size of the .a2w file before you remove and then check the size of the file "after" you remove it.
