How do I draw a straight line?

Hi,
I'm new to Alice, and I need to draw some simple lines connecting balls in a world. Can someone please tell me how to draw these lines in Alice?

As far as I know, there is no "line" object in the gallery. What you can do is draw your lines in a paint program and then import them into Alice using the "create billboard" feature.
