Often I want to move a code block out of one method into a new method so it's easier to re-use that code. I create a new method and get an empty tab in the editor pane. I want to drag code from the existing method into the new empty method. I can drag code within the same tab or to the trash can, but I can't drag it to a different tab. Instead I have to recreate the code from scratch, repeatedly checking the old method to make sure I got it right, then delete the old code. An annoying chore.

I love drag and drop code in Alice. I really wish I could drop code onto a tab other than the current tab. I don't care where it goes in that tab, as long as it falls in there somewhere, because I can easily open that tab and rearrange things. Appending would be fine.

Gesture: drag code from open tab to another tab
Result: remove dragged code from open method and append it to the method in the other tab
