You should check the Alice home page for details, but basically the program is in the public domain (i.e., anyone can use it). The only restriction I recall is that you need to give the Alice team credit.
The same applies to Dick Baldwin's excellent (if somewhat long :) ) tutorials.
I can't see anything that would stop you as long as you don't ask others to pay you for it. Even for commercial use, the restrictions are very few as evidenced by the number of texts that include the Alice software as part of the package..

I don't want to sell my worlds
Probably more profitable than selling lemonade (a USA thing - maybe they don't do that in Portugal).
Anyway it's nice to know that if you change your mind, there really aren't many restrictions as far as Alice is concerned. :)
(Side note: A local charity in Allentown made several thousand dollars yesterday with their "lemonade stand.")

I understand there was a wicked wind thru Allentown a few days ago. Ugh.
And I'm about to delve into the kind Mr. Baldwin's pages directly. An amazing resource.
Thank you!

Amazingly, the only real damage (approx. $1.5M) was to a local high school. Even neighboring houses were largely undamaged.
Don't think any students are clever enough to actually arrance that -BUT .
