I'm trying to make a racing game too but I figured it out. Go to Camera Properties Click the drop down list next to the word vehicle and choose the name of the car you are using and it will work:D

This is rather vague. Which direction is the car moving in relation to the screen.
The other poster seemed to hit on the idea.
On the top left, click on Camera. This will open all the methods involved with Camera in the details box below. From there, you can do the camera moves, etc.

Go to camera then select properties then set vehicle to your car then drive around and it shall follow...
