How do I make a timer so that if 30 seconds have passed I can get a "You Win" 3d text to apear.

do you want there to be a countdown? or simply a if 30 seconds has passed you win? in either case, you can find your answer by simply searching "timer" in the search box at the top middle/right of your screen...
