decreasing jumps

Can anyone help with this? I have notes and screen shots but I'm still stuck. I need to make the objects jumps decrease while the other objects jumps increase. I have the increase one done and I thought it would be as simple as doing the opposite but noooooooo.

Anyway, any help will be appreciated.
