I am trying to make a Grand Theft Auto in Alice. So far it's pretty cool. The guy can go and get in a police car and drive and turn sirens on and change view. did that in class today since there was a sub teacher. I will work on it more and attach soon for others to try out and add to.

Dude this game sounds sweet, but are you gonna make it to where you can attack with weapons???? Also upload what you have so I can sample it

I want to try to get weapons, but I'm not THAT good in Alice yet. lol only my 4th week in that class, But there is a hugee freaking long code just for getting in the car and getting out and the camera moving. I will attach it soon, I want to get several cars in first and roads.

Okay, here it is. It's attached.
The only things that are wrong with it so far are that sometimes the ground texture becomes invisible. only at certain angles. no way of fixing it though since its something with Alice doing that. And you can only get in the police car and orange car for now.
Also please feel free to expand on this and play it durring any class time to get out of doing work :P I worked on this only in class for 2 days and my teacher never noticed. lol I finished my other work so all was good anyways.

Great job i finished the city and made it where people are walking around and you can shoot tehm from your car

try my game see how you like it not fully done you can get in and out of cars with x and z move with arrows

hey, i took the last version posted (gta2.a2w) and added alittle extra stuff. This is a sample and is not nearly done. I've just added some people and cars and buildings.
(and if you're really lucky you'll find a special surprise, but ull have to keep ur eyes open)
