make Alice start another application?

Ist it possible to make alice start an extern application... like word, a browser and so on?

Alice 2.0 is not capable of manipulating an external application such as the ones you mentioned. If that is something you thing should be included in 3.0, feel free to make that suggestion in suggestion box subforum! :)
