Dialog Bubble Problem

I have a problem with the dialog bubble. The color of the dialog bubble does not fill the bubble. Instead, the bubble itself is the color of the background, while the color spreads to its sides instead. That makes the dialog very difficult to read and the dialog bubble color staining the whole picture.

The problem exists the first time I used Alice, and exists in the 'Example World' and tutorial too.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

You'd have to change something, either in Alice or in your computer, to fix it. Check your computer settings (control panel), make sure they aren't too much for your computer to handle and that the pixel size is the one Alice requires. You might also want to go to preferences in Alice and experiment with the settings which reduce/enhance performance, like force rendering 9slower and safer) and tile dragging (reduces performance, is automatically switched on). Finally, make sure that the copy of Alice you're using is the right one for your OS. You might even try uninstalling Alice altogether and re-downloading it from the site, to make sure the problem wasn't Alice installing improperly.
