collision detection problem

hey so yea im having trouble with collision detection
this game isnt near finished but here it is.
the collision detection is under world.

i believe i posted a fix for things like this before... you need to loop the commands by infinity;)

i got collision to work before but i just couldnt figure out what i was missing
