Textbook Instructor Materials for Tutor

Hi,

I am planning to teach Pre High School students programming using Alice 2.0. This is an after school activity and I am a software developer by profession. Does anyone know how I can get access to the instructor materials?

Are there any limitations using Alice in this scenario since this is a for-profit endeavor?
