Driving Test Project, need help please!

Hi there,

I'm doing the Driving Test Project (Ch 6-2 Projects) and I really don't understand this at all!

If my car hits a cone, the "Try again" text must come. I did everything I could with the if/else statements but I do not get this at all, please help!

Can you please describe me what I have to do?
