Are the first few chapters of the "Learning to Program with Alice" available online? If so, what is the link to their location?

Hello.
I am a Computer studies teacher in Sydney NSW - Australia. I have taught my junior computing classes ALICE and as a class project they had to develop a 3 minute movie clip showing an animation. The students loved learning through the 3D environment. I developed my own teaching resources as I was not able to gain access to any of the text books on offer in Australia. Is there a download version that I am able to purchase or can I buy one online and have it sent to me in Australia, I would love a teaching resource to add to my own notes. Anyone out there who can help me?::D
