What does making an alice file(*.a2w) a webpage do?Does it make it a game?

Making it a web page does not actually change what the program is, if you intend it to be a game it is, if it is an animation, its an animation. However, unless you have somewhere where you can put your web page online, this feature is mostly useless, except perhaps for saving and sharing on other computers that may not have Alice. It keeps the controls and responses you programmed into it, so what you made it, it still is.
