You need to look through the gallery and find models that have working doors and finished insides - I know the western bar and the shack do - and I'm sure there are several others. Then just walk in and out of an open door to do what you want. You will have to "decorate" the inside with furniture, etc.

Billboards can be very handy here.
You can upload images of paintings or windows and place them against the walls to decorate. You can also use billboards to create divisions inside a room. Of course, billboards have no thickness, so they can only act as non-load bearing walls ;) :D

You can also edit the textures of the rooms themselves. Unzip (preferably with 7-Zip since it handles some of the less commen file types better) the .a2c file and make a copy of the texture. Then edit it and re-import into Alice.

I particularly like to change the writing on the blackboard in the schoolroom - though who actually uses blackboards any more? :)

it'd be difficult, and you'd have a loading screen of sorts, but you could write it so that when your character goes through a door (or even better, presses a button within certin proximity) character and camera are moved to another section of the world were you have built the insides of the room. old video game tactic. you can even prove it sometimes if you find a glitch that takes you outside the walls. normally in the game you'll swim around in open space forever, and you can see the insides of buildings and such(though it's rather boreing. they don't program insides into the buildings, waste of time.)

i'll try and see if i can get a model of the code to work, and post it latter

okay, here you go. whole world ready to go. turn left toward church, when you close to green lockers(i used them as the door) press O and you instantly go to your 'room', in this case, the stadium

Hey! That's not very pleasant. I do and I bet alot of others do too. Sure we have smartboards and projectors but sometimes blackboards can come in handy.:)

Since I'm allergic to chalk dust, about the only person I know that would agree with you is my allergy doctor when he has to make a payment on his Mercedes. Whiteboards, with colored markers work a lot better for me - and really do come in handy vs. projectors, etc.
