Is there a way to actual write script for alice?
I understand how alice is mainly for teaching a basic idea of programming but it is also agrivating to use. Say when you animate, you must go through the objects list and through the menus rotate or such. It would be a lot easier to be able to click the object's part and pull or push in the direction desired.

If you can script directly is there something somewhere that documents it?

To rotate an object's subparts with the mouse by pushing and pulling, go to the add objects screen. On the right side, you'll see the object manipulation panel. If you select the "affect subparts" check box, you can then manipulate subparts with the mouse.

Oh WOW! I never knew this was possible! It makes my life so much easier!

Thanks!
