I have an MP3 file that is about 80meg. I can import it (it shows up under "Sounds" in properties and has the time designation as well). But when I try to use it as an event or in a method it either shows up and doesn't execute or it won't even go in as a command. Is there a size limitation on audio files? Or am I doing something else wrong? I've also tried it as a WAV file.

The file is W-A-Y to large for Alice. Use Audacity or some other free sound editing software and remove around 79 meg and see if that works.

Also, you need to be respectful of copyrighted material. I "believe" that you can only use approximately 15-20 seconds of someone else's music without violating copyright laws - however....if you have been granted rights you can use the entire song. But even if you have rights 80 meg is too large in MHO, I would think kb instead of mb.

Good luck
