having trouble downloading Alice

I downloaded Alice and opened the program but then an error message shows up.
It says:

Could not find edu/cmu/cs/stage3/alice/authoringtool/JAlice class

Could someone please tell me what's wrong?

I had the same problem, i think its that you don;t have the privilage to use a specific folder or something, anyways. I fixed it by putting alice folder into my documents and it worked
