How do I upload my creations for my friends to see and stuff? Do I upload it here and give them the URL?

You do not upload them here. You have to have your own website which you can put them on. Here is a link that tells you more about how they can be displayed on your or possibly your friends web site:

I´m sorry, you can say how I can do a thread, if you know why dissapear an object while run the simulation of the world after time, you can say me too.
