What is defined as a CLASS in Alice?

Hi..

I dun seem to find any text search help in alice.. so, what is a class in Alice?

All of the 3D models in the galleries are classes in Alice. A class is like a blueprint - it defines how a house or automobile, etc is built. When you place/drop a class from the gallery onto your World you have just created an instance of that class. This is called instantiating a class, or creating an object.

You may wish to purchase a book on Alice - Amazon.com has two good books for Alice - there is no online help that comes with the program.
