Is there a way to use these letters in Alice? in say or think methods.

In say or think methods: no. But you can have those characters in 3d text form if you use times new roman font and let it keep it's default text as a name, then type your special characters into the text property of the 3d text after it's created.

Yehh there are no say or methods for that only 3d text with special characters inserted.
