how do i make my neck move normal?

Im making a project, but i dont know how to make my neck turn a little bit (As in confusion) instead it turns all to the way to te left and looks like its neck is cracking. O.o

Are you just turning it too much like 1/4 of a turn?? if so click the "1/4" and go down to "other" once you have clicked on "other" type in a smaller number such as say.. .1 or .12 just use trial and error until you figure the right number out.
