I have created two separate worlds in Alice, each with their own objects and methods.
Does anyone know how to combine them so that the play one after the other?

Please help!

It can't be done. You have 2 options:

1. save all methods from the second world to one of its objects, then import that object into the first world. Then, import all the other objects into the first world.

2. export both of them to video format, then join the two videos together in MovieMaker.
