Saving Alice

I am having to use Alice for my computer class, and I finished everything I needed to do. But it won't let me open my files through my documents, it tells me it does not exists. Yet when I open Alice it is there. Can someone please help me because my teacher sure as heck wont!

Alice does not recognize "File Association" so the only way to open an Alice world is to first open Alice and then select the world you wish to load.
