Does anyone know when C. Herbert's new book, An Introduction to Computer Science with Alice (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1418837245/102-4534451-6663301), is expected to be available for shipment? (Not to be confused with his An Introduction To Programming Using Alice).
