Walking??

I have been making a Medieval RPG game but id like to make him walk on hills. I have no idea how to make him. Plus I have a faerie terrain thats a bit bumpy so if i had him walk on it some areas he'd be in the sky.

Well, you could just do it the old way and have him move to boxes at serten speeds while his legs are moving

Yeah i got the walking part its just moving him to the parts. I give put like cones and use if statements if neat cone 1 meter move to cone and that.

Also what do stings do? Im curious what they do. Because id like a quest line. Ive seen games with text on the bottom of the screen.
