An error occured when I double-clicked the icon of Alice first time

I just downloaded Alice from this site,and then unzip the package.
When I double-clicked the icon to launch Alice ,one error occured.
C:\Documents and Settings\zhangzl\My Documents\My Pictures
How should I do to solve this problem?
