I had to go back to the first version to fine the plugin, and with that said, I also had to add JOGL first then alice plugin second. Now the big question is how to update with the new version plugin without a .nbm file?????????

The netbeans plugin is seperate. It's on the Alice 3 download page, under More Downloads. You also must have JOGL installed into netbeans.

I found the download for Alice Netbean plugins but as noted in the forum there are no .ndb files which Netbeans requires. I just need some additional instructions on how to obtain them after I extract the zipped files from Alice.org.

Install the plugin: Tools->Plugins, click on Downloaded, click Add Plugins and browse to where the plugin was downloaded, first create a new Caterogy (ie Alice), then select the plugin. In your project, right-click on the node, Add Library, look for Alice.
I hope this helps.

To install the plugin JOGL is not required nor is it provided.
The plugin generates a Java Project from an existing Alice project.
The .zip file that downloads is actually the .nbm file,
Simply rename it and install the plugin :)
