I have been in the works of an FPS engine for my game. I have most of it done however I can't seem to figure out how to make a perfect hit detection with the bullet. While trying to fire at a monster in seems to only get hit at two distances. If the monster is in betwine the two it doesn't seem to react at all. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't have time to look at your code right now, however my theory is that your code may be set to check at an interval that it only is checking at those times, or you may have created code that takes to long to execute.
