Hi I am taking my programming assignment using Alice, so far so good. The only problem is not related to alice lol. (the teacher is not good enough, he does not even speak english) I'm not complaining just saying

My question is: Is there any Alice userguide? because there are few procedures that I can't quite understand. I googled but I couldn't find anything helpful

Thank you guys in advanced

Well, there are many people here in the community that can help. I can to, but there is already multiple questions about how to use alice that have been answered already. If you have any questions, you can ask me, or another experienced user in the alice community

your best bet is to go through all the tutorials, and then try everything out on your own, and if you get stuck, ask a member. or just search through old post, because many questions have been answered already about to do a lot on alice. just use some initation and will power and you'll learn quick enough.

Also, if you're willing to dish out the money or lucky enough to find one in your library, they actually have Alice textbooks that they use in introduction to computer programming classes.

Are there books for alice 3 already? or will the books for previews versions work?

If you've read around already, Alice 3 is still a work-in-progress. If you intend to learn Alice then your best bet is with 2.2

I know, but alice 3 is already in public beta and I have read a lot about how different Alice 3 is from Alice 2 so I didn't think learning Alice 2 was a good option.
