For everyone interested in teaching with Alice, the team will be in Covington, Kentucky at the annual SIGCSE Convention (Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education), March 7-10.

I'm not sure yet exactly what activities we have planned, but there will probably be a tea party, where we provide lunch while talking about the current state of Alice and give a little sneak peek at 3.0 -- hopefully converting a few people along the way. There will also be a couple workshops and one or two other events. It's sure to be a very Alice-filled week!

Hope to see you there!

For those of us who would dearly love to be @ SIG CSE 2007 but are unable to travel there due to work schedule, is there a way to listen in remotely? Possibly a webcast? Also, can we get a sneak peak download? Thanks. Best regard, -- DanG / Daniel Green / Computer Club Teacher

DanG,

We have a lot planned for SIGCSE, and with so much on our plate, adding another variable to the mix might just be too much. I'm also not sure on the rules regarding taping events at the conference.

We do always put online the powerpoint slide show from the year's Tea Party presentation, available here (http://www.alice.org/SIGCSE_Tea_Party_2006.htm).

I will pass your request along to the team.

There are a number of cheap jerseys (http://www.jerseysshops.us) including color scheme and logo. By wearing throwback jerseys (http://www.jerseysshops.us) , people bring back the memory of old times.

How about we don't, and ban you?
