When I download them through alice, it uses up my school storage space and I am tring to download them to a 1gb flash. My school only gives us 15 mbs of space!

Not sure what the question is. As long as you have a web connection, you can download additional models and use them in your program without using up any additional school memory. You can also save the models to your flash memory. If Alice doesn't recognize it, try restarting Alice.
For your overall program, 15M should be enough, although big projects sometimes go above that.
For additional details, see the thread http://www.alice.org/community/showthread.php?t=491

I mean can I download the ENTIRE galary of objects at once?
There is currently no built-in mechanism to download the entire gallery. I believe there are batch downloaders out there that will download all files on a page of a certain file type.
You can easily access the web gallery from within Alice as long as you have a network connection.
