Hey everyone, I am working on a new Battle Grounds game because I remember how good my first Battle Grounds game was back in 09. I have decided to call it Battle Grounds 2 and will add new features and a menu. So I am posting just the basic version of it, its just about Battle Ground 1, except I changed the gun system so its easier to work with. The scoping is gone and the jumping glitch is still there. You can win, and the enemies still shoot small balls. Please tell me what I should add. Thanks!

This was pretty cool, it became glitchy a few times, im not sure if it was meant to happen but the camera would point at the sky for a about a minute, then it would re align itself. it will be cool if you make the orbs actual people, and be able to see the bullets travel that are hitting you. but that is personal opinion on the last one :D

Arent they people? I thought that was the version I posted. Oh!!!! What happened was I had the real people version, but I had a problem so I went back to the old version to update it. So, I have already made the people people, but thanks! I might not make them people in the final version but something with legs

Ohhh i see, well awesome then! either way, it was still a fun game, and im sure it will be even exponationally greater once you complete it.

I hope..I have other priorities. This game is not a high one. I am working on an online game! Its in Unity 3d. It will be posted when its finished and you can play with me. It has a chat system to

Sweet! I will definitely be lloking forward to that. And i know this is a little bit off topic, but have you ever heard of the UDK engine? it is for the use to make FPS game and it works extremely well.

Yes. I have used many fps programs inculding FPS creator and FPSX10. Look them up

yeah, the only problem is im always straped for money, so once i get the funds to pay for it, i will check them out, and would you have any suggestions to how to start out on learning javascript or anything along those lines of type of programming? like any certain books that would be helpful?

Hmm, well there is a home schooling company that has a windwos Programming course called KidCoder Series. They have teen coder series for C#. If your homeschooled, you could look into those. For javascript, Im not so sure, Sorry.

Alright, well im not homeschooled but im about to graduate from high school, so once i join the work force and go to college I won't have the greatest amount of time to invest in actual classes for that, which stinks but oh well, but thanks for letting me know what is out there.

New version! btw, I'm keeping the drag to turn because that was the style in the first game. If I wanted to, I would of changed it from the start.

Because its completely different to Battle Grounds 2 - therefore should this not be called Battle Grounds 3?

I think it would benefit from turning without having to drag, it was only drag to turn before because you hadn't yet learnt how to do it any other way at the time.

Nevertheless its still a good start to what could become a good game.

Well, someone can change it if they want, but about the file size...actually, it's because of sounds. I erase some music and that drops file size. It's not Battle Grounds 3.

well, this is pretty good, minus the aiming system using the mouse move camera thing. I'm making a zombie survival that never ends, and it has a actual mouse aiming system, and a collision detection system with buildings.
IS GONA BE KOOL BRO!:D:D:D

Thank you. Hopefully i'll get back into this project. AI is very complicated in Alice and so is collisions. I might bring Zonedabone back to do the collisions for it. Working with a team is always better than working alone.

Fun i like it but i couldnt download the 3rd version idk why but it would load the world.
