can anyone point me to some good site so I can import a 3d pokemon in to the alice world. I assume to import I'll have to read the sticky of How to import objects or is there a easier way? also any advice of how going about creating the animation of a quick one on one battle

Not really. Importing's hard, and though there are several ways to do it, that's the easiest.

Just play around with the program until you like the final result. That's what I do. You can post your world if you want us to help with specifics, though.
