camera moving

Hi!
For example I ve got start menu and after click on something I would like to move camera view to the second part( 1 quiz question - all elements(as 4texts and 3 balls). I used many comments with camera but all the time when camera is moving something is change as text and ballas are i completely different place. but when I add that to world its look good. Could u help?

I would like to make this as looking the photo album in some program. for example click on start and move in 0 s to first question etc.

Actually I am downloading to 3ds max to bulid object with question and answer. I will add circle which wil be use to show correct or incorrect answer.
