Subscribe to a thread that I didn't post

The FAQ says that members should be able to click a link that reads something like "subscribe to this thread" to subscribe to a thread that the member didn't post or reply to.

I must be going blind, but I can't find such a link anywhere on the page.

Can someone tell me where to find it.
