is it at all possible to make characters facial expressions change?
i need a character to look scared
maybe even if it possible blink as well

Some characters have movable facial parts which can be used for this purpose. For the most part, facial expressions in Alice are difficult, if not impossible in some cases. You will have to use other means to indicate mood. For example, you can use hand gestures and/or turn the face different colors (pale for horror, red for embarrassment, etc.).
