Exporting video from Alice 3.0

I am having sound issues with the Export Video option. I have one wav file in my project, the wav file plays fine in the java window when i run the project. ... However when i export the movie(movie or youtube), there is no sound. I tried using an mp3 version of the sound file but that doesnt even play in the java window, and does not export with the movie. I tried different wav files, same problem. I am new to Alice so perhaps it is something i am missing? or a bug in the Beta production.
