Default Need help debugging... - 10-07-2009, 09:33 PM

Hey all,

This is my first post (as i'm sure is abundantly clear). I've created a world in alice that allows the user to enter a number (1-5) and the corresponding roman numeral will be said by Socrates; as well as, a penguin jumping the entered number after Socrates speaks. It works flawlessly for the numbers one and two. After that it just repeats the number for 2 regardless of whats entered (minus the #'s 1 and 2). This is all entered using the Boolean logic (IF/ELSE) statements. I'm not sure how to send a file or post a picture. Being able to post your file and being able to open it from the forums would make troubleshooting another poster's issue much easier.

So this assignment is due this Monday (October 12th) so any help ASAP would GREATLY be appreciated. I'll be checking in often and trying to debug it myself in hopes I'll have it done before an answer is posted.

Sincerly,

Desperate college kid

When you post, look underneath the text box where it says additional options. Then click manage attachments, and you can upload your Alice world.

can you post your file on here so i can take a look at it, because that would be much easier to work with.
