Preferences?

I'm running Alice 2.2... all is well but every time I go into the program I have to reset the preferences, particularly "Save Time". Default is every 15 minutes... I set it to infinity so I'm not interrupted by the warning message. Also, the dialog will not close until I reset the "save, load" directory.
Question: Is there anything I can do to save the preferences from session to session, instead of resetting them every time I enter the program???

Not sure why it's not working for you, but it works for me whenever I just click what preference I want changed, change it, then click OK. Even if I close and re-open Alice the preference stays constant for me, and I'm running Alice 2.2 as well.

did you try to uninstall and reinstall the program? and i also i think you should use 2.0 instead. (sorry x2495iiii, but i disagree with you on the 2.2!
