Default How Do I Pump Up The FOV? - 11-05-2009, 06:37 AM

OK, the question here is simple.
Is there a way to crank up the Field of view of the camera?
its waaaay to small now.

Thanks in advance,

Depends on what you're talking about.

Do you mean make the camera zoom out to cover more area, to make it more wide or tall to get rid of black bars on the screen, or do you mean to make the window larger?

All of them can be done.

Do you mean the camera being able to see things that are far away?
Then go into camera on the object tree select properties, then go into seldom used properties, and change the farclippingplanedistance from 256 meters to however many meters away you want to see. how ever far away you want, personally i normally just stick 1,000 meters in whenever i log into alice. Hope it works out for you.
