Strange problem with graphics

I was running a helicopter simulation with 1 helicopter in it. I used this program many times before the happened. I pushed run and I noticed many helicopter flying across the screen in the back ground. Soon a helicopter flew from the back toward me and passed behind me. any idea what happened?

Another student had a similar issue on his program. any ideas?

I am not seeing the other copters, but I am running this on a Mac... Anyone else seeing it... Perhaps capture a screencast and post it?
