I'm making a FPS game and I would like to know how to have a hand attached to the gun I put and only the hand or arm, not a whole person.

dont you click on the person, torso, arm, hand, then drag the gun on the hand?

So far I've got about 50 or so mummies that are around a pyramid. I was wondering how I could make each mummy die after about 2 or 3 shots and how would I make a timer and have it say something like game over if they don't reach a certain point by the time the timer hits 0? If you could help I would appreciate it.
