Alice 2.2 does'nt download and install correctly

Okay, this is getting me VERY frustrated. No matter HOW many times I download and install Alice it still doesn't work. It keeps saying this:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Can someone please help me!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I need this for school, and it is getting pretty annoying, having to cram as much as I can at school before going home and seeing it fail. I really need help.
