, what are they and how does one use them?

They are ways of making things like arrays and lists visual in your world.

For example, array visualizations can only be used to create an array of objects. Add several objects to your world, then add the array visualization object. A box will pop up asking you to initialize the array. Add in your objects accordingly.

Now, you should see your objects lined up neatly on this visual array. You can now start manipulating your array through the array visualization details.
