Are there any plans to provide Alice in other languages than English? Is there any way to translate the GUI into some other language?
My teachers would defnitely be more enthusiastic if the software were available in their and (more importantly) their pupils' native language.

In case you are considering adding translations, I may be able to help. Please let me know if this is feasable.

Thanks for your interest in Alice. I have forwarded your message to Randy, our director. We are very interested in working with you and others in the international Alice community in translating Alice into other languages.

We don't have a timetable yet for localization plans, but it is something we feel is very important and something we want to do in the future.

If you know of someone who would be interested in helping with the localization and knows both English and the localization language, don't hesitate to have them contact us!
